Can you get any packs with UPC's?  Do they have to be 10 of the same?

Just to clarify, TexP and Disciples are not booster foil packs, they are special cardboard packs. Therefore the UPCs do not count for trade in, and you cannot request them in return.

So I have about 250 or so UPC's, and tried contacting Rob via here and Facebook with no reply.  If anyone could find out if it would be ok to ship all UPC's (they are cut out and stapled in groups of 10) to Cactus and put enough money to ship the packs back in one box would be ok.

This should be fine.  Just make sure to include enough shipping to pay for 25 packs, and let him know which kinds of packs you would like

Thanks for the speedy reply!  Figured I would include plenty of money and write a note letting him know he can just put the extra money in the box.  Do you think $10.00 would be enough for regular shipping on 25 packs?
