since the only useful cards are womens and maybe very little warriors, you would save a ton of money just buying some sets here on the boards. ekimlil is selling them pretty cheap. the one or two cards you need from prophets/limited you can pick up for chump change or easy trading.

so no, the grab bag is not worth it.

Grab bag isn't worth it, for the reasons MKC listed.  Now, if it was all sets....

oh, the grab bag. no, still not worth it. unlimited and prophets are pretty much worthless. you're pretty much paying for 6 apostles or pats cards, which are usually worthless as well.

Depends on what you're looking for. 5 TXPs (possibly Disciples, but I'd prefer TXPs tbh) if you're just looking for a mix.
If not, just buy some cards you need from someone in the market. That is probably more preferable considering, unless you pull 4 grapes, it'll be a better value.

agreed, you will get far more value out of 5 txp. it surprises me cactus would still even offer the grab bag when you can get 6 pats/apostle rares/ultras in one pack of txp alone.

The Grab Bag is a great way to stock up on cards for Retro, however.  ;D
