I need to earn $13,576.00 in 3 years and I'm 13 any Ideas?
-
Earn $6k a year. This boils down to $170/month, or $45 a week. That's a ridiculously small amount. Mow lawns or something.
And my initial estimate assumed paying taxes, so if you don't get a "real" job, it'll be even easier than that.
-
that sounds good but mowing doesn't go all year round...
-
Shovel snow. Rake Leaves. Get a paper route (especially around Christmas.... ;). I used to have a few, and I'd almost double my salary around Christmas because of all the gifts). It really shouldn't be that hard unless you buy every sparkly thing that catches your eye ::)

He won't have to pay taxes if he files separately, right?

Well, then...
I want to earn $13,576.00 in 3 years and I'm 13 any Ideas?
Fixed.
Don't pay taxes for two reasons: One, you're under 18 so the IRS doesn't know you exist yet as a money earning person. (this assumes that you've never had a job before) Second, paying taxes helps to pay for government funded abortions. Thanks Barak!

How do I get one of those? I'm a pregnant male and don't feel I could safely have a child...

Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience' sake.
For because of this you also pay taxes, for rulers are servants of God, devoting themselves to this very thing.
Render to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.

Contextually, that verse is contingent to its audience: Jews returning to Rome, still angry at Claudius for kicking them out several years before.

Wouldn't a better description of the audience be... Christians living in Rome at the time of Emperor Nero, who liked to use Christians as lion bait and human torches.
Feel free to provide any Scriptural support for just deciding to not pay your taxes.

Soooooo.... how about that classic Buick? Pretty sweet, huh? I wonder if people have ideas on how to help him scrape together some money to help restore it...

Depending on what kind of mechanic type places are near you, you may be able to get a part time/apprentice/intern type summer job fixing cars. A friend of mine got a part time job at 14 at an imported car repair place of some kind and learned quite a few tricks to mod his ATV, plus got to know sources for discounted pricing on parts. Seems like a win-win.

I am 100% certain that if Jesus were a tax paying citizen and his taxes were going to support murder that he would not pay them.

What scripture leads you to that conclusion? I'm curious because I have the exact opposite impression.
Then the Pharisees went out and laid plans to trap him in his words. They sent their disciples to him along with the Herodians. "Teacher," they said, "we know you are a man of integrity and that you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. You aren't swayed by men, because you pay no attention to who they are. Tell us then, what is your opinion? Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not?"
But Jesus, knowing their evil intent, said, "You hypocrites, why are you trying to trap me? Show me the coin used for paying the tax." They brought him a denarius, and he asked them, "Whose portrait is this? And whose inscription?"
"Caesar's," they replied.
Then he said to them, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's."
When they heard this, they were amazed. So they left him and went away.
The Roman government perfected murder and torture. Jesus knew that it was at their hands that he would be murdered, yet he still told people to play their taxes to Caeser.

The only thing I could see you really doing is having some odd jobs and then once your around 14-15, get a real job and save up.
Also...I need 1,000 in like 2 months. Hmmm. I could use some help too. =P

That's a REALLY nice car. For money... what I did for a time was selling things on ebay for people. Another thing I did was find a card game that all my friends played, buy a ton of the packs on ebay for cheap, and then still sell them to my friends for less than retail. We both benefited, and I made like 100 bucks total... only in like half a month. :)
