So my initial assessment was close to the mark, but not quite. I think best movie of the year probably goes to Slumdog Millionaire with Benjamin Button coming in second after all. The Wrestler takes third, and The Dark Knight weighs in somewhere behind In Bruges, Doubt, The Reader, Gran Torino, Revolutionary Road, and Che Part One/Part Two.
