I really like the Green lantern as a super hero, but the comics are iffy. i think the best series is probably the web of spiderman by marvel and the newer superman by DC.

Oh, and the age-old question... DC OR MARVEL???????????????????????????????

My mom has been an avid comic collector since she was in high school. SpiderMan is her specialty she has ALOT of comics. some of which are worth some money. she as the entire WEB of spiderman collection, which i think is pretty cool.

I personally like DC cuz of GL. But Marvel is great to... X Men Hulk some of the greatest heroes of all time(not including Bible Heroes :))

DC: Dc had batman. And I don't like batman but I love his villains.

most manga isnt dc or marvel...the two biggest manga companies are tokyopop and viz media.

I though Marvel had some manga out....DC, seems to be a bit to moral, family friendly, at least they did when I used to read them. I like Marvel cause sometimes the Villian wins, and I like cheering for the bad guys. EX: Superman always saves the day, but Spiderman couldn't save Gwen Stacy. DC does have its moments, like the destruction of Coast City, or the Death of Jason Todd (At the time, the fans were glad to see him go) However, most people didn't blame Hal Jordan for wanting his home back, and Todd did die in a heroic manner...I think in recent years, DC has gotten better bout this. But IDK, Marvel has always seemed a bit edgier to me. As much as I like Batman, I'm going to say I like Marvel more as a general comic book company.


For those of you who remember, I kinda liked the Amaglam Universe....Because a lot of the Marvel/DC heros can be quite simular.

DC is better to me but i read mostly old comics so i don't like the art stle very well.the marvels are good though.

yes. i agree this is a very hard question. its hard to choose with all of the amazing heroes and villains. i like marvel because of how many different villains that spiderman faced, although the movies werent that great :D. i like DC because of how many different friends that the heroes have. You cant count out the Green Lantern Corps!!! :)
