A. Son of God
B. The Garden Tomb

And once again, I think I'll have to go with A 'n' B.  ;)
Final ANB errata: Return player to game.

On AnB, if I go with my 'annoyance quotient' method for determining how good a card is, that's the best unfortunately  >:(

You haven't been AnB'd till you've been AnB'd in a 6-6 T2 game after time-out has been declared.  So I guess it is the best :P

I have to say, while he posted it as a joke, it WAS on topic. He posted a picture of a Redemption card, in a topic about Redemption cards If someone really liked Abom decks, it very well may be their favorite card.
In context, it wasn't on topic.

Further more, are we never allowed to post images of Redemption cards with goats on them, even if it is appropriate for the current discussion? (this is a serious question)
As I've said all along, one of the things that I look at is the current climate of the overall forum.  For the near future, posting goat pictures (even in Redemption cards) is going to be viewed in the context of the recent brouhaha, and therefore will be interpreted as defiant behavior.  It is quite possible though that after all this has died down, that it will be possible to post a goat picture without that baggage.  That's assuming that people actually do let this die down though :)

(watch me stay on topic and discuss this point in one post)

That wasn't his point though.  He specifically said afterwards "In all seriousness..."  He knew what it was and what would happen, not sure the problem here  :dunno:

If I said:

In all seriousness, SoG is probably the best IMO.

Nobody would get on my case for making a joke. Why was it so bad for him to make a similar joke?

We've been through this already.  Goat pictures are interpreted differently than other joke pictures due to context.  Buckler is an inside joke here on the forum without any negative connotations.  The same isn't true for Goat with a Horn.

What inside joke could you gather from a 0/2 enhancement with a picture of what appears to be a shield of some sort?
Jude is red, Seth is blue, I like Redemption, how about you?

Are you new or just trying to continue the joke?

Buckler is also a forum meme. It's so useless that it has been joked about as being the best card in the game.

I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Thank you. By the way I think that Authority of Christ is the best card in the game. If you have more redeemed souls than your opponent then, if you are lucky enough for your opponent not to draw evil characters, you could win just by going back and forth rescuing.

But back on topic, I understand this alleged 'recursion' on Golgotha (never actually seen it ;)), but I have seen A LOT more use out of Hormah.  It is downright annoying, and I measure success of a card generally in how annoyed my opponent is when I use it :D

Golgotha recursion was common in T2 decks last year.  It was an easy splash into the three best offenses last year (Disciples, Garden Girls, and Job).  I'd think some would try and pull it off this year with Genesis (outside of CWD which really isn't that difficult to get around if you keep it in mind).  Also its easy to throw in with the best defense in the game for recursion as well (Golgotha + DoU).  Though I guess I haven't seen it as much this season.  I agree with you as far as  T1 though.  Hormah > Golgotha.

see I don't think SOG is the best card in the game. Sure it's a free lost soul, but it's ONE free lost soul. TGT on the other hand can be up to 5.

Son of God has one counter in the game, which nobody uses. TGT has at least a dozen, at least one or two of which see some use. Plus, obviously, TGT is countered by small-to-medium defenses. TGT is good, probably in the top 10 best cards, but I definitely don't think think it's the best.

Technically, Son of God has 2 counters in the game (Altar of Ahaz and Judas' Plot).  Son of God is still the best card in the game though.

Also, I consider Falling Away as a sort of counter for Son of God.

Don't forget Arrest in Gethsemane. Bubbleboy inspired my inclusion of that in T2 multiplayer, and it can be beastly. He played it after not drawing his SoG on his final turn, and it won me the game (and NC Regionals), since it was the last round and I was next, and with Lampstand up, I was impossible to dom block.
