no, it is a book/collection of short stories that a couple board members were working together on. I think Pol was the Editor-in-chief.

I have contacted the first writer in line who has told me he is too busy, so I contacted the next in line who said the same thing. I think the last person I contacted was Pol. If you are interested in this, we will try to revive it. Bear in mind that if you are a writer, you should be willing to write. :D
