Each player gets one of each expansion pack (or a single tin, or similar).  They sit in groups (usually 4), and each player opens a blue pack, takes one card, then passes the rest.  This continues until all cards in the four packs are taken.  This is repeated with all other packs you are drafting (though the non-booster set of 10 cards from the RoA or FooF tin are not passed).  You then attempt to create a deck with the cards you have drafted.

The most awesomest part of the tourney too. It is so fun and so random too. It is awesome seeing somebody just take out a person's defense but not get a soul and have you walk right in to get one for free XD

*Edit*
I don't mean to hijack but I wanted to know, if you do a tin draft, how many extra packs would you need to add to it?

Some people draft tins as-is.  Bryon adds the missing pack (Patriarchs or Kings) and TxP.

You are not required to add packs, although if using mixed(RoA and FooF) tins it usually a good idea to fill in the missing pack from the tins so everyone drafts the same packs.

So you don't have to add any packs if you do tins but you can add other packs if you want?

Correct, you can add any missing packs you wish.  Just know that if you add all of them (including Warriors and Women packs), the draft will likely cost each player well over $30.
