Short Threads

Ive noticed that lately there haven't been many long threads (i mean like 10+ pages)
I rather enjoyed threads like Quick Poll: What are you Reading?

I Also noticed that there are a lack of game threads (e.g. No, You're Thinking... etc.)

i wonder why?

Because I and other n00bish members realized that spamming/trolling was a waste of time.

I'm all for the What Are You Reading thread but NYTO was the epitome of spam.

Supposedly those are supposed to be deleted.  Other than that, no one's been starting them.

Actually the NYTO thread was created so that NYTO posts wouldn't pop up in all kinds of other threads (like just happened here).  The idea was that people would get it out of their system all in one place, and therefore actually cut down spam forum-wide :)

Would it be alright to start another NYTO thread or What are you reading thread?

Meh, I'd say to come up with something original.  Most people don't like blatant copying of the past.
