Sweet! Love the thematic synergy!

I like the idea but an Israelite evil character is way too broad. Pretty much every human evil character can be considered an Israelite. Maybe a Samaritan EC would be a better option for what you’re tying to accomplish.

Ok, what about ot wc Israelite EC? The idea was that David and his men didn't want to fight Saul's army because those were their own country men.

I'm confused as to when this would trigger if an Israelite EC was in play. It's an instant ability with a very broad trigger.
I'd suggest changing it to "If an Israelite (or OT WC EC) enters battle, withdraw your Heroes."

I like it, although it raises the question of whether or not a Pharisee defense, or something akin, would count as Israelite. I'd agree that it should specify an O.T or Warrior-class clause, if not both. Still looses to brown, but ah, well. I could see this helping Red start moving away from Throne, although Throne tends to draw more than this will and the play first is often going to be better than making your heroes CBN (Although more Ahimelek trolling is something I'm always down for.)
All in all, well done! It's a great card I'd definitely play, especially if there are more conditions on the withdraw effect.

I'd change X to "Your OT Red Warriors". No reason to count your opponent's characters, especially with a cap of 2. Also, angels can't be converted to Red.
Asahel for that Withdraw Protection tho
