This was an idea I had while reading part of Leviticus.
Year of Jubilee
Good Dominant
Return all cards in set aside areas to owners' hands. Return all cards in territories to owners' territories. No player may attack his next turn. Each player draws one on his next upkeep phase.
Leviticus 25:8 Count off seven Sabbath years—seven times seven years—so that the seven Sabbath years amount to a period of forty-nine years.
Basically, every seventh year was supposed to be a Sabbath year. No one was supposed to do any work, and God would provide.
After seven Sabbath years - so every fifty years - there was the year of Jubilee. After the seventh Sabbath year, there would be another year with no work, and God providing even more than the previous year. In the year of Jubilee, all debts were forgiven and all loans returned. (There is actually no record of this ever being observed in Israel, however).

Just make sure it returns captured heroes to owners territories.

This would pretty sweet in some slower troll/turtle decks

I love those kinds of decks. definitely would be useful, and painful is some cases.

That was part of the intent. Is there a problem with the current wording?

That was also part of the point. It stops speed decks by not letting them do their character drawing (AUtO, Sam, Isaiah, etc.), slows disciples by making them reset FB, at the cost of no rescue attempt for the person who played it. It also helps the slow decks by giving them an extra card, which is less than a normal speed deck would draw in the same instance.

I'm actually not sure. I think it is good (at least when compared to other cards that do that), but I just wanted to be sure.

Fixed the wording to more accurately reflect what it does, and also more briefly.

Thanks, implemented.

I love it. It's especially naughty to use on stuffing someone's hand on your turn before going in with Hur.
