Manasseh's Altar

Here's an artifact designed to help herolite offenses.  You get a D3, at the cost of no rescue attempts or battle challenges or playing of good Dominants (including Grapes, which can be useful defensively) for two turns.

(Version 1)

Manasseh's Altar (II Kings 21:4-5)
Artifact
"Draw 3.  You are restricted from attacking or playing good Dominants for 2 turns.  Cannot be negated."

(Version 2 - beefed up upon request)

Manasseh's Altar (II Kings 21:4-5)
Artifact
Identifier:  May be activated on your evil king of Judah
"Draw 3.  You are restricted from attacking or playing good Dominants for 2 turns.  Cannot be negated."

I really like the idea, a lot :)  However, I'm not sure how much it would get used, especially in fast-paced T1.  I think a D3 is a great boon, but two turns of no attacking or good doms is a crushing blow, and I don't know the trade-off is going to be worth it for most decks.  I hate to say it, but maybe this drawing card would need to be beefed-up, or the penalty toned down ;)

I think it would be more balanced if it didn't something kind of like 4DCoin, such as: "Protect your Kings of Judah from capture and conversion. At any time, if King Manasseh is in play you may discard this card to draw 3." And if you still think it needs a cost you could add "and restrict holder from playing good dominants until end of turn." Or something like that.

Well I could always allow it to be activated on Manasseh or magicians or evil kings of Judah or something.  Defensive decks need all the art slots they can get.  But honestly, I didn't do that because I thought that would make it OP.

The thing is, this won't be used by speed/offense heavy decks.  That's fine with me.  But a defensive deck that draws 6 cards a turn?  That could make things interesting.  I had to make the restriction last more than one turn, because in T1 games you experience turns where you can't make a rescue due to no LS available or other things; it would be a free D3 in that case.

Ok, how about this:
Identifier:  May be activated on your evil king of Judah
"Draw 3.  You are restricted from attacking or playing good Dominants for two turns.  Cannot be negated."
If creation sings Your praises so will I
If You gave Your life to love them so will I
