it would be a fun card that protects your cards and all your opponent's cards too. it would definitely have to be an ultra-rare.

Needs balancing, but it's an ok concept.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I don't think so. Maybe a little, but the fact that it only protects territory and also protects opponent's characters makes it pretty balanced. What I like is that it stops TGT almost dead. If only it protected from conversion...

I missed the territory part (on phone so I can't go back and edit it) but I still think its op (not as much as I though).
