TLDR. Not enough pizazz in the SA's, just a bunch of dumping on Males.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Why is there not enough pizazz? I tried to make it a valid theme, and followed the pattern of the other themes in redemption and tried to give them a central play style (eg: Prophets shuffle). The different cards also do many different things.

I do understand it's long, I kinda got inadvertently carried away, but could you please explain why you think there's no pizazz?

For those wondering, btw, the numbers all being 2/2 is for a reason. Many of the cards have significance behind the 2/2 (For exampple, Tamar had 2 husbands, and 2 sons. Covenant with Widows is found in the 22nd verse of the 22nd chapter of the 2nd book of the bible, and many others) At a point there were so many cards with relevant 2/2 abilities that it seemed like it fit to carry along the theme.

Tamar: Idk about having someone like that as a Hero. Rahab is an exception because she gave that up pretty soon after she's introduced, and that's not what she's known for.

Covenant with Widows should be worded as an "instead" so that it stops CM.

Forgotten Sheaf is OP.

Olive Tree is solid, though I worry about recycling AoCP too much with LCF or MaE.

Grapes is pretty cool, but I don't see it being used due to the fact that NNfS is just a better card. Perhaps if it also Discarded the Evil cards?

Tithe to the Widow, I don't like any ITB battle-winner, especially since it can fetch Zeal or AoCP and be CBN to boot.

Perverting of Judgment is too narrow to be usable.

I really like Tekoan Woman, the first one that gets my attention, but needs CBI so that it works with KoT and Assyrian Kings with their Art up.

Hiram is a lot on the powerful side, tutor an O.T. Art, activate it, and stop all Arts in play at no cost is too much. Especially since Speed can use that to get in Mayhem, FA, etc. on a Lampstand easily.

Widow of Z I hate. PBI is not good, even if it's luck based, especially if it actually punishes mono-Brigades.

Widow's Bread and Oil is just WAY OP, especially with Widow of Z.

Hopeless Meal is ok, but it really should be all characters, especially if you're going to give it a CBN that can be triggered by your own cards.

Orphan of Z is solid theme-fodder.

Ditto Prophet's Orphans.

Sent Away is too limited. Give it some more teeth somehow.

Widow's Ox is solid.

Widow's Joy is good, although it should have TC and an "if Rescuing" clause on the adding to battle to make it usable.

Priest's Widows is solid, but could use more defense to not get slaughtered by FbtN.

Slay the Widow is far too limited to ever be useful.

Widow of the Wicked is ok.

Orphans of the Wicked should be genderless, and it's ok.

Daughter of the Chaldeans, I don't like the intense luck factor, and I also don't like a CBN standalone stopper even with the luck factor.

Basically, these cards are solid, but not much really grabs my attention. They don't really do anything too terribly useful that another theme doesn't do better, I can't see them being used (unless the uber OP cards get made), and there's just a general lack of flair imo. Good ideas, just missing something.

Tamar: Idk about having a whore as a Hero. Rahab is an exception because she gave that up pretty soon after she's introduced, and that's not what she's known for.
Se was only temporarily a harlot. also, later on Judah said that she had been more righteous than he, so if Judah's a hero I feel okay saying Tamar can be one too.

It's a redirect, so wouldn't it do that anyways? I know Dominants are CBN, but CBN isn't the same a cannot be redirected, is it?

Edited Forgotten Sheaf, Grapes, Tithe to the Widow, Perverting of Judgment, Hiram, Widow of Zarephath, Widow's Bread and Oil, Hopeless Meal, Sent Away, Slay the Widow, Orphans of the Wicked

Added CBI to Tekoan Woman, I agree it works better that way.

Added TC and "If rescuing" clause to Widow's Joy. Wouldn't have thought of making that a TC enh.

Upped Priest's Widows' numbers

Changed Daughter of the Chaldeans to in territory. I like the luck of it, since it's like the divination she is condemned for in the passage, so I'd really rather not remove that.

Any better? Also, this is only about... a third of the cards. I realized how many I'd posted and stopped writing the rest. xP

Actually the hebrew word is very similar to um...*cough cough* THAT, but it really means inn keeper.
