Title: Why is judas crimson?
Post by: jbeers285 on March 18, 2013, 03:58:53 AM
I was wondering if there was a reason he was made gray/black due to going to the Sanhedrin to Hand Jesus over? Maybe that's a bad brigade idea but why crimson?

I didn't play when he came out, but it seems to me like themes weren't as huge a deal then, and he had been printed in crimson before, so he didn't really fit anywhere, and they just left him in crimson.

Crimson needed an NT theme. Although he was a bit early, he works well with the heretics, which play well with the Pharisees and Sadducees.

Crimson is a catch all for NT bad guys who aren't part of another main theme and for mini themes.

Similarly, white is that brigade for both OT and NT good guys.
