Hate it hard core. Anything that creates TC needs stipulations as to what won't work. Also, the broad, sweeping TC territory destruction afforded by this card and Benedictus is NPE. Pre-battle Protection of Angels is also OP. The Fourth Seal plus Crown of Thorns wipes out many Evil Characters even with protection Fortresses/Sites.

I was trying to create a card that would make Angels see more play.  Sorry if this is way too powerful though.
