Well it wouldn't really make sense to have him be that connected to Gifts of the Magi considering Hur is in Exodus and Gifts of the Magi is is the gospels lol...but maybe Hur Helps Moses.

Or make him weapon class and have it be Hur's Time Travelling Machine. "Search for any card that occurs at least 100 years before or after the time of Hur."

Haha, funny post. But on a serious note...how about if played on hur search deck or discard pile for a NT artifact and activate it on Hur. Discard artifact after use. Which would not help you with Gifts because his ability already activated but a cool card none the less.
