That's the definition. Just because it's  violent doesn't mean there was killing envolved.

A man called Barabbas was in prison with the insurrectionists who had committed murder in the uprising.

Blatant proof from the Bible that says there was killing during the insurrection.

But still if he deserved warrior class they wuld have given it to him when he came out in priest which was two sets after warrior was introduced. So if he didn't get it then, he will likely not get if reprinted.

Violent uprising should count.
Absalom is warrior-class for the same reason.
He had a military coup against David and killed people.

Do they make a Barabas card?? I always wanted to know.

Yep, it was in Priests, but no one plays it that I know of
As for the Card, I like it, but I would put it as 'If Ponticus Pilate is in play, Discard a Captured Character' And drop the CBN and put it as 'If a Pharisee, Sadgusee, or a Scribe is in play,' at the beginning.
They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game

As I said before, what is there now (the exchange and something to do with Pilate) are a minimum for story accuracy, so your first suggestion doesn't fit with that. Your second suggestion just plain doesn't make sense as that would make the card "If a Pharisee, Sadducee, Scribe, or Pontius Pilate is in play...." which sounds entirely awkward.

The first suggestion is that Jesus was killed while Barabbas was released. And it was 'If a Pharisee, Saggusee or a Scribe is in play...'

You guys are arguing over an ability that wouldn't be used by anyone anyways.

Why would I want to discard a captured hero?

Why would I want to discard a captured hero?
1) To prevent them getting it back with New Covenant.
2) If it's your only LS, it would be a successful block.
3) To foil a "if X card is in play" ability.

4) To clear a site so you could put something else in it (especially on Herod's dungeon)  or use it for site access.

Sorry, what I meant to say was, "Why would I put such blatant filler in my deck"? There are at least a few cards that do the same thing but better, not the least of which is Babylonian Soliders.

Well, I'm glad my card doesn't have that ability, then. :P
