As if the Daniel heroes needed another OP character lol.

 I would like the seen a reprint of the old Watcher Hero with a more updated ability. Just an idea.

I dont see this as being OP. it only works with another hero in play, only negates one EC, and only a TC EC. doesnt seem overpowered to me.

I started playing a Daniel deck since the new foretelling angel came out and I would probably add this to my deck if it would be printed.  With Foretelling Angel up, Watcher would be CBN. Excellent!
