Using Evil For Good

I had this idea for a card, and my sister-in-law said she would make the card for me, but I'm kind of impatient so I decided to just post the text version of the card for now.

Anyway, I'd love to know what others think about the idea, and to get any advise about it.

Using Evil For Good
0/0 Blue Enhancement
territory class

Interrupt a discard, capture or convert ability that targets a single hero and instead set the targeted hero aside for three turns.  Upon return hero gains ability "While this card remains in play, protect all other heroes in your territory from capture and discard."

But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

I would put it like this:

"Select 1 Captured Hero or Hero in Discard Pile. Set-Aside that Hero for X turns. Upon return Hero gains this effect: 'Protect Holders Heroes in Territory from Capture or Discard while this Card is in play.' "
Because the story that u are getting that from Joseph was already captured, so this would be better, besides we already have to many ways in Genesis Heroes to stop Capture + u also have 2 Heroes that gain effects when a Hero is captured.
They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game

I like that idea, you didn't specify the x though, so that would be important to know.  But yeah, I think that could be a good way to do it.

"Select 1 Captured Hero or Hero in Discard Pile. Set-Aside that Hero for X turns. Upon return Hero gains this effect: 'Protect Holders Heroes in Territory from Capture or Discard while this Card is in play.' "

This wouldn't target captured heros because they are not the same as heros.  You could say set-aside that character...

Maybe x is equal to the number of heros in territory?

I was leaving it open to whatever u wanted it to be.
But my idea would be 'X = The Number of Sons of Jacob in play' or 'X = The number of Egyptians in play'
I'm not sure which one would be better right now.

I like it better the way it was originally worded, that way it can stop unholy writ.  :)  I may change the first part of the second ability to say only "Protect all other heroes in your territory from capture and discard."  That way it is not to OP.  Good card idea!

I like both ways of wording it (though I do like mine more, probably because I made it). That would be a good way to limit the card somewhat to make the original wording better.
