Title: Ultra Rare look....

I noticed that some of the created cards have an ultra rare look to them....How do you do that on the designer in RC?  Can't seem to figure it out.  Or do you do that elsewhere?

The  Ultra-rare border requires gimp, Photoshop, or another photo editor to use.

Download that, add it to a photo editor, and add text boxes.

Unfortunately Asheal's right. RC hasn't gotten that option yet. It will eventually, just like how it will get Dual-brigades and other cards like that, but it will take some time. Zadrech said he's working on it.

Go online and just Search for it. I'm not sure if it's gimp.com or not... But I got the program and all I got was really confused. Be sure to take some online lessons on how to make Redemption Cards, if they are out there...

There really aren't any cards except promos that use the ultra-rare border anymore.
