The thing is, we already have Torment, and it is almost exactly the same except that it doesn't stop AotL or Grapes. I would much rather make a heal-all EE in like dual-brigade or something.

Just make it a chariot of fire for evil characters with that limit where thy get removed the next time.

Issue they would reset when they hit the DP and it'd be a never ending cycle. Sides Defense doesn't need a COF, that'd be broken.
