Tower - Evil Fortress
Same verse as the Pale Green set-aside
"When placed in territory, select an evil brigade.  Holder's cards of that brigade not in battle are protected from opponents' cards.  Negate and discard this if holder attacks or plays a good dominant."

For the super-turtles...  It will never get made, but I thought a universal protect fort was kind of a cool idea

Change it to negate this fort when holder is in battle.

It does say this.  Tower is negated and discarded if holder attacks, which means both battle challenges and rescue attempts.

I don't like the good dom d/c on it or the attack part. Maybe if holder rescues a lost soul?
