I think the second one should be "Protect this soul from rescue by banded heroes."
You know the first ability on the first soul won't really do that much, since a multicolor site can still be used for site access if its negated (in fact for things like promised land or ends of the earth it just makes them better because they can be used by anyone unlimited), and Fishing Boat is set aside and thus can't be negated by this card. The only commonly used things I can think of off the top of my head it stops would be wheel and call, so that part of the soul doesn't really do much imo.

You should have it restrict sites from entering battle and negate site access to make it more balanced and usable. Even though it can't stop Call or Boat it's still got potential.
I really like the second one, fits the verse and has a nice, but not OP, ability.

Especially when there is an artifact that stops banding heroes from entering battle and prevents banding enhancements.
