No problem, I currently hold the unofficial title of local Kosher Police around here. And clam chowder has always been off my list (just gross). I do enjoy a good chicken stew though. I also think Gohanick's card Idea is Perfect. If you want more info on animals that are on either side of the eat/don't eat list, check out Leviticus 11.
