Also, it should probably negate Lost Soul abilities in your territory too, otherwise it would be OP'd. Also, it should probably only start after the first phase it is put in play, so that if you draw a bunch of LS's and do what they say, and then later in the phase, you draw/reveal that LS, things don't get too messy.
I think I would add a "one per deck" limit.
The "Lost Souls" exception is no longer needed, since it has been determined that the Lost Souls card's SA is CBN, to save the text (since no card would ever negate it's ability anyway). How about an additional clause of "This Lost Soul may not be placed in a site."
