I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I think Egypt should protect from discard by an opponent to tone down its power a little, other than that I like them.

Egypt was meant to keep Given Over to Egypt, that placed deck Discarder, and Shallow Grave from Discarding themselves at the cost of not being able to use Unknown Nation.

I think Pharaohs signet is a little OP but Necromancer is awesome
An unanswered question is infinitely better than an unquestioned answer.

I realize, and I think 3 deck discards per turn with all 3 artifacts up is OP if they don't discard themselves.
Not being able to use UK nation isn't a very big cost.

Can you help relate Hagar's special ability to the text?  Thanks.

With all the deck protection being used without deck discard being viable, I think it'd be fine to give it a shot in the arm. Playtesting would determine if it was too powerful.
