this is killer but the first immediate change i would make is 'protect all decks from drawing abilities' because then you would shut down cbn drawing

and allow for two to be in play lol

Also, it needs to be generic for it to be able to band to another. Otherwise, you could only have one in play at a time.

I think that if you specify that you can have two, then you can. Because i would like for them to be unique, because they are two very distinct people, not generic people we know nothing about. idk though, Anyone know if the identifier could allow two to be in play?

That will allow two in a T1 deck and limit a T2 deck only 2 instead of 4. The only way to have more than 1 in play at a time is to make it generic. Unique characters are limited to 1 per territory. There are currently no game mechanics that override that rule.
