RbD only affects cards that your opponent plays. Otherwise Hur would be crazy stupid.

Yeah, that would be a good idea; I forgot about that card. However, I am unable to make changes, since I lost the psd file for this. :P

Nice card idea.  I think this card is somewhere between balanced and underpowered.  On the plus side you might be able to make them discard three or more cards.  On the down side you might have just given them the card they need to beat you.  This Hero starts looking really bad if they've gotten their hand down to 5 or 6 cards before you rescue.  Really, I'm reluctant to use anything that allows my opponent to draw that many cards and doesn't guarantee me a LS.

I think if anything this card is a little UP, but I thought it fit well with the theme of Luke heroes. :dunno:

Op'd. And this is why. You can only discard cards during discard phase. So unless they have dominants to play... they can't block, if you made them draw too many cards. This card could never be made.

This card was meant to allow the opponent to put cards down before blocking; that's why I included an active verb such as "reduce," to imply that an action is allowed to be taken that wouldn't otherwise.

Hm.... I'm not sure if you want one hero to redefine the entire phases of play.

Make him higher numbered. This will balance him out a bit more.

Yeah, the numbers were relatively random; I was thinking 6/7 because in the parable he sort of went from evil (represented by the number 6) to good (7). I figured that was a good enough reason. :dunno: If you think higher numbers would be better, maybe I'll make him 10/7 or something.

Big battle challengers usually end up hurting you because your opponett can drop a low EC and a Confusion or Great Image. I think it'd even make him underplayed.
I'd say 10/7 or 10/11.
