I like it, but orange really doesn't need something that powerful. again. maybe Hero from territory? I love the X/X numbers though.

what happens if there are no humans in discard piles? Would he just die since he is 0/0?

correct. unless of course, a hero in battle was 0/0, in which case he could discard that hero and then survive at 1/1.

The ability to be interrupted and the fact that he's not useful until late game stops him from being too powerful. And with a name like The Last Enemy, he's got to be powerful. I could add "if you control no other Evil Characters."

It counts humans in your Discard Pile, too.

I like it.  Not super OP'd, but interesting, and not easy to pull off.
