More synergy between the horsemen would be nice and most of the abilities don't match the description of the horseman very well.
Scythe of Death"Negate instead abilities.""If a character is discarded: Remove it from the game." <--instead ability
That's not necessarily true. I don't see any reason why this couldn't banish the discarded character from the discard pile without insteading the discard (and that's the way it seems written to me).
Also, is Hades worded right that he can only trigger his effect once while he's in play?

I would move that ability to the end and change it to "Once per game, you may decrease a player's maximum hand size by 1."You seem to like using colons in your abilities, except that the only Redemption use of a colon is after a place ability and it specifically means "while placed."

Are you thinking of how they are described in media? Because it just says the first is a conquerer, the second is a war-bringer, the third brings famine, and the last ones are Death & Hades. The only one that has much mentioned about it (besides Death elsewhere) is the Third where it says food prices will spike

The second horse take peace from the earth and makes people fight each other and doesn't cause side battles lol. The Third one is ok i guess because it "balances" out some of the power cards but it would be cool if the ability was more directly related like the "balance" card. Death only discard 1 human lol and Hades, I think you could give a territory class ability of some kind to him as a representation of the eternal nature of hell. Like.. "All heroes discarded ar banished instead". I guess in summary lets make these more powerful and epic, i'd like to see the weapon restriction go so these are more splashable and useful. Over all I like the concepts and art.
Your horseman look very different than the ones I'm familiar with.
the weapons are fine, just don't think people would play 2 cards in a deck that have to be drawn together for average abilities.
