I don't know if this is going with the rules of a card(God, Satan, etc...), but here goes.

"Evil charcters you controll may become 12/12 or 1/1. Can only be used if you controll 3 or less characters in play. Cannot be negated."

Really good idea, but I'd word it like this:
While you have at least 3 Evil characters in play, your Evil characters may become 12/12 or 1/1. Cannot be negated.

Really good idea, but I'd word it like this:
While you have at least 3 Evil characters in play, your Evil characters may become 12/12 or 1/1. Cannot be negated.
It would actually be 3 or less, based on the wording of the original card.
