How is this different than Jacob's Ladder?
Given the amount of play Jacob's Ladder sees (especially in T2), why should this exist?
Ah, I see that now. Sure, let's add another SoG to the game.
Ah, yes, those qualifiers change my opinion immensely. Not to mention I can use this, SoG/NJ, AotL whoever's blocking, and I'm up 4.

"By a hero" works a lot better. And don't double post.Quote from: theselfevident on September 06, 2011, 11:56:14 PMQuote from: SomeKittens on September 06, 2011, 11:52:04 PMAh, yes, those qualifiers change my opinion immensely. I would not like to see any abilities on any cards that rescue lost souls ever again, especially on doms.My take would be:The Third SealSilver/Orange 3/3 enhancementX= # of cards discarded from hand"If you have 2 or fewer redeemed souls, discard all cards from hand and remove Son of God in your discard pile from the game to negate and discard up to X cards from play, set-aside, or the top of a deck (put lost souls in play). Cannot be negated."This seems long though; I guess someone else can think of a more 'balanced' or playable ability than I can right now My aside, yours is also creative, and I do enjoy creative cards!
The problem is you shouldn't ever be able to get 4 ls in a turn, that's just too much. If you do it first turn, there's a very good chance that your opponent won't have an ec, or if he does and you aotl, he can't win off of his opening eight. If you made it so that you had to wait a turn or two to rescue, maybe but still I wouldn't want to see a dominant that rescues a soul.
