"Once per game, discard a card (except a character or Lost Soul) and decrease heroes 0/3 to discard 3 heroes of */X or less. Cannot be prevented if Elisha is in play. Cannot be interrupted if used by a Syrian king."
To preemptively head off some questions:
1. Gives Syrians some "teeth" in the EE department
2. "Once per game" language lets me boost the power, as it can only be used once in T2 despite being single-color
3. Cleverly gets around Coliseum (not that we need a bunch of EEs like this, but a few could be fun). Gray just lost Balaam's Disobedience and Scattered to Coliseum
4. I know we don't want CBI on enhancements that can win the battle, but this already requires the owner to have a lot of Syrians in play to be powerful, plus Syrian kings are not used often and don't get initiative well
5. The "decrease heroes 0/3" thing actually follows the verse where Elisha predicts "their little ones you will dash to pieces", not to mention I felt this enhancement needed better odds of having heroes */X or less to discard
