Options have been updated to the 3 finalists. You may change your vote within the next 24 hours, then I will turn off the change vote option.

We will then allow 72 hours for any additional votes to be cast. The submission with the highest vote count on Tuesday, 3-13 at 4:30 pm CST will be chosen. Shortly after that, we will do a full preview of Rapha of Gath so the community can playtest him along with us.  8)

Thanks for all the participation!

2 people recently moved from Mola to Pinelli so I think it would be safe to say generally people who voted Mola don't want Bronzino ;) I could be wrong as another possibility is that they prefer more color but also fully clothed artwork.

Vote changing has been removed. We'll run the poll for a few more days since previously we had 49 votes (so at least a few people who had voted for one of the eliminated options have not yet re-voted).

I'm not trying to be too judgmental about the process which I think has come along smoothly so far but does anybody else see a possible problem with a locked 3 contender vote where the piece with the lowest number of votes could be out for good but the people who voted for that piece feel left out in the final race should 2 come out as the last viable contenders?

You've been invited to help create the card with the rest of the community. It comes across as rather ungrateful and even manipulating that you complain about the way we involve you in that process.

At no point will we make everyone happy with every step. I think Justin has done an excellent job of trying to make as many people happy as possible. He's taken several extra steps I would not if I were running it again this year. Sit back, enjoy the ride and be thankful that we get to do this. Problems, complains and lots of criticizing of the process will potentially make us not want to do this in the future.

It was not my intent to make that comment in an ungrateful, manipulative way or to complain about the process and I am sincerely sorry if anybody (especially Justin) took it that way. I'm genuinely glad the community created card exists and would never want to complain about or impede the process. That comment was a genuine concern I had about people possibly feeling left out of the final vote that I believed would be taken in a constructive and suggestive way but it seems like I was not clear enough or positive enough in the way I said it. I am very grateful for Justin leading this process and the time he has put into making sure it runs smoothly. Since it seems like the way I phrase suggestions is prone to being taken as being ungrateful or complaining I will refrain from talking about the process.

For the record I did not feel offended because I know you and your brothers are good dudes, and you were not attacking me personally. I have been in your position before where I had the opinion that better decisions could have been made about something, and at times I have voiced those opinions.

There was however some feelings of frustration at the suggestion that people might feel "left out" when I made it very clear several days ago that vote changing would be allowed during the first round, and would end when the final round began. I even extended the time for vote changing after the finalists were announced because there had been a lot of added discussion. I know not everyone can visit the forum every day, but throughout this process the majority of the voting has taken place within the first 48 hours of each step so I believe the timing was adequate to allow people to change their vote if they so desired.

Your criticism, while perhaps constructive in some ways, would have been better received (and considered) back when I announced the plan. Bringing it up now gives the perception that you were unsatisfied with how the results were going so you sought to change the procedure, and that's what can cause frustration for those who are facilitating a project like this (be it myself, Gabe or another Elder).

Just in case anyone is getting any ideas, there will not be two versions of Rapha printed in the event of a tie between the two pieces... ::)

C'mon everyone. We really need a tie here just to force The Guardian to come up with one last on-the-fly voting rule change!

Too late...I've already started thinking about the possibility so by 8:30 tonight, there will be at least 10 hours of thought going into it.  ;D

I know it's a little late, but maybe this amazing piece could take over the competition for the Rapha voting in the last few hours if Justin will let us add it.

Instead of having both the giant and his wife in the pic can’t he just be increased to cut her out of the pic?
