I'm trying to figure out how many doms it would take to make him protected from everything, and how hard it would be to build a deck around this. I can't decide if it would be worth running. It's strong, but I feel like the cost is to high.

Card types according to the REG are the following,

Lost Soul
Good Dominant
Evil Dominant
Artifact
Fortress
Site
Hero
Good Enhancement
Evil Character
Evil Enhancement

Of the 10 card types, I think that protecting from Evil Dominants, Evil Characters and Artifacts would be enough to protect Moses from the majority of abilities that could remove him from battle.

It might be easier and/or less costly to pull off in Type-2 since you could have more Dominants.

A simple way around this protect-all ability is to play CM or Invoking Terror on Moses while he’s in territory, since this card doesn’t protect him in territory, only while he’s alone in battle. It’s even better when there’s one or two good dominants on him, then play CM. This will not only get rid of moses and the face of moses but also those good dominants (which have now been wasted). It’s a win-win for the opponent.

I knew that was a possibility, but I wasn't sure how to add another layer of protection without making one card too OP.

Would adding a card like Mount Sinai make it more viable, or just plain OP,

This game doesn't need any more CBN protection, it makes battles no fun when you can't touch your opponents hero and it can easy become way OP

I like the site and ability a lot (and the ability to hold the TCs). Very thematic. I agree with Jazz, though, that the CBN needs to go.

Normally I would agree that CBN protection is bad, but in this case I believe that it is warranted considering the fact that you have to invest dominants for the card to have any meaningful effect. Also, if Mount Sinai is not at the very least CBI it is just as easy to play Three Woes + Christian Martyr to kill it.

Dominants make it extremely difficult to create any meaningful character that's meant to stick around for more than one turn without some sort of protection, preferably CBN/CBI (because of Three Woes).
