Certain men of Judaea.   Acts 15:1 A time before the church gathered together to set basic tenets for new believers to live by----- this could be better considered a evil enhancement card as opposed to a evil character.

The unbelieving Jews.   Acts 14:2 Jews that traveled after Paul(who was on his missionary trips) and stirred up people (Jew and Gentile both) against the belief that Jesus was the long-awaited Messiah and also accused Paul of blasphemy.

(The certain men of Judaea) could become an evil enhancement card to be used by the heretic faction/false doctrine. These men believed unless you followed the law of Moses,you could not become a Christian.

Personally I'd like to see both a OT evil character card and a NT evil character card. I think that's what happened last year and it would make the choosing of which evil character to make easier. My personal opinion here.
