I like it a lot, but I agree with Hobbit.

If this activates on turn one, does this effect take place at the beginning of each consecutive turn?  And should there be a limit? (Scenario: 1 card in hand, artifact active for 20 turns, so discard 1 to draw 20?)

the hand limit is 16 cards.

This seems like it'd be difficult to get X up, especially in multi.  Still, you could use it on yourself like Laver.

It's more of a T2 card. Shuffle 1-4 initially to get rid of cards you don't need like duplicate characters, etc. Then you can start messing with your opponent's hand. Then you can reap the benefits. It takes a long time, so it's obviously not going to be good for multiplayer.

Ah, silly me.  I always forget about T2 uses of a card.  It's a great idea otherwise.

I wonder if they will ever make this card real

If they did, they would need to add the CBN to it, and everybody would say "nobody would play it...", but at least it'd be a sweet booster card.
