It's a cool concept but it actually seems a tad UP. An artifact slot comes at pretty high cost these days when there are so many great options (YWR, Covenant of Prayer, CwD, Grail etc.)

What if there was a version of The Imperial Guard that could hold it? Then it wouldn't take up an artifact slot.
