... Multi-colored GOOD enhancement, Interrupt the battle, draw two cards and band any number of your heros into battle, cannot be negated,

Typically, a card that is both ITB and CBN is OP, and this is no exception. You realize that making it CBN means you can make a super FbtN band with this? We don't need any more cards like that. This would be a must in speed decks. Right now, there are five ups to ths:

Multi-color (I would make it bi or tri to stop duplicates in T2 but multi is too much)
ITB (I might take this off)
Draw 2 (I'd probably take this off to discourage speed a bit)
Band anyone you want (This seems like the main purpose of the card, so leave it)
CBN (I would take this off entirely to stop superultramegabands)

Or if you want to keep it so powerful, put a little tax on it.

That is true about the Speed, and a CotH Banding chain. I did think of this card for speed, but not for a CotH band-chain. I just think there needs to be more interrupt cards, to stop evil enhancements.

Because the enh. is CBN, it doesn't even need to be CotH. It could be Moses or Benaiah or TSA.

You could try something like "band any number of heroes without 'negate' or 'interrupt' in their SA's into battle," which would prevent FbtN bands, thus probably stopping this from being a battle-winner.

I think the first important thing in making a card is whether it relates to a biblical passage.  In this case, I would at least find a verse.
