Crimison enchancement
As you play it, place it an opponent's territory. Set aside an artifact, fortress, evil character or site to set aside an artifact, fortress, hero or site that opponent controls. Ignore any abilities on set aside cards.

Interesting idea, but the wording isn't very standard. What it should say is this:
Place in an opponent's territory: Set-aside one of your artifacts, fortresses, evil characters or sites to set-aside the same type of card from that territory. Cards remain set-aside while this card remains.
This accomplishes essentially the same effect that you were going for I believe.
