Teal-purple enhancement
Set all your heroes aside for one turn. Upon return, return all cards to their printed values and all players draw up to eight. place this card in a territory to negate all cards in battle for two turns.

2 things: Terrible vs. RBD.  All eight cards would be discarded after they are drawn by the player using Jubilee.  And great vs. Foreign Wives because you can't enter battle for two turns.  I like it!

Is the intention for there to be no battles for 2 turns, or that only those characters in play at the time this goes off are ignored for two turns?  The way it reads now, there could be no battles for 2 turns period, so I'm wondering.

I'd be concerned about this, because it is essentially a beefed-up Burial Shroud with no way to stop once played.  At least with BS, you could have battles with other players instead in multi, or get rid of it through artifact destruction.  There would be literally no way to stop this card after it went off.  I don't think that is a good thing for the game, personally.

Perhaps a way to get around this would be to change the last sentence to "Place in your territory for two turns. While it remains, no characters may enter battle." That way, it would be possible to get rid of it via Ashtaroth Worship (or any other TC, arts, etc. that discard a good card/enhancement in territory). Once it's discarded, the ability would only last until the end of the phase - if you used AW at the beginning of your turn, at the end of your prep phase it would stop and battle phase would begin.
ANB is good. Change my mind.

Is there anything except AW that would even affect it in territory without a battle, though?  I think that may be too limited for a card with this sort of power.

The Psalm 119:150 Lost Soul could be used to discard this from the opponent's territory, but they'd have to choose to discard it themselves.

Pithom also could underdeck it from territory (though that would reset it which would just be worse later).

I agree that there isn't enough tech against this, even if it's placed in territory, to make it balanced.
