No nerfing required. If this card is OP then like half the cards in TxP are OP. This is the best card idea I've seen for Greeks.

Just a couple changes:

OT, not NT.
I would make sure to say "unique" in the identifiers just in case.
the word "designation" is awkward. Why not say "identifier"? That's what you mean, right?
Also, just for nitpickiness, "black brigade" doesn't really need quotes around it I don't think.

The reason I put "NT" in the identifier is because the time period that ALexander the Great lived was not OT. The daniel reference is a generic reference.

He lived about three and a half centuries before the birth of Christ; that would make him OT. Characters who lived and died before Christ's birth are considered OT: See Antiochus IV Epiphanes (who is considered OT, and he died ~150 years after Alexander). So he should be OT.

The coming of the Greek empire (via Alexander the Great), and its massive power/influence, was indeed foretold in the book of Daniel.  This reference is one of the less obscure passages on the subject.  Remember that it was after this kingdom, in the days of the 4th Kingdom (Rome), that Christ would come.  Thus I'm thinking Alexander as Old Testament, as in preceding Jesus on the earth.
