I love the use of counters. Players will probably already have a way to do that...especially Type-2 players.

I figure most people would have something they could use, I just can also see the argument of a newer player opening a pack, getting one of these cards, and not necessarily being prepared to be able to make use of it.

Although, I suppose it's no worse than requiring people to have their decks sleeved, haha.

For the Lonely Lost Soul, what about this:

"If opponent does not have a Lost Soul in play, protect this Lost Soul from rescue."

That would help you more when your opponent is not drawing souls.

Have you looked it up in ORCID?

another thing with the "lonely" lost soul, with some of the new heretics, you could put that and 6 nt souls, and your opponent might not be able to rescue any souls.

A counter is a dice or some other way to keep track of a number.

I could see a potential turtle deck coming with these souls. I like it.

It's funny because I don't really enjoy playing turtle decks, and I very much don't enjoy playing against them. These are just ideas I had for souls without necessarily tying them to specific archetypes or themes. :P

I also really like these - especially the Lonely lost soul...I can imagine so many combos would come about with that soul! (Like playing Burial on your opponent's lost soul if they are attacking with Abigail)

Thanks! Yeah combos could abound with some of these, and that's okay with me, haha. :D

I am definatly seeing a turtle deck come around with the last two souls. you would be playing lots of evil enhancements, so putting them on the souls will be easy, and depending on how your blocking goes, you could potentially capture a hero every turn. the other, they wont be able to rescue until the end of the game. I love them!

Also, the artwork is fantastic!
