Sins of the Father
0/0 Brown Evil Enhancement
"Place in a territory for four turns: each time a human Evil Character blocks from this territory, his owner draws a card. Discard Evil Character after battle."
Exodus 34:7

Obviously I like how powerful this is, but I thought we were in a "pact" to not help Garden Tomb decks anymore :) But I thank you for not making it territory-class.
In this case, Garden Tomb player puts Uzzah, Gomer, Am Slave, King Zed in their deck (maybe High Places), plays this to opponent's territory and discards an EC each turn? Better yet they also have some Greeks, High Places and Abom, and discard some more ECs?
And in Type 2 they can have 5 of these in their deck?

OP in t1? No.
OP in t2? Maybe.
Would I mind if it was made? No. Brown needs a boost.

No. Brown needs a boost.
Yeah, and Disciples need a few more speed cards...
Brown remains the evil brigade with the best characters (including a couple new amazing characters like Manasseh and Prince of Persia), has always had some of the best enhancements (Haman's Plot which just got better with Haman's Gallows, Dungeon of Malchaiah, and Gibeonite Trickery) and got a few more really good enhancements with Wickedness of the Tenants and Disturbing Samuel's Spirit. Brown's only weakness is its lack of NT characters. But considering how good it's OT characters are, that's probably okay.
