Interesting ideas, but they may need toned down.

First, a pre-block CBP remove-from-game ability is a bit too strong.  You can only counter it by discarding same brigade from hand (note that a lot of similar abilities allow the discard to come from territory, too), and you cannot stop it with anything like CwD.  That you could do this every turn makes it creep into the OP range.  While it does have the requirement for 2 evil brigades (at least), I'd venture to say that this card is OP.

Second, we really don't need any more pre-block ignore.  This card would become a staple IMO, and would work too well with many of the decks already out there.  We need more to counter ignore, not to help it explode ;)

Third, I like the idea, and barring the angel being listed as a prophet or someone taking the time to use Gathering, it wouldn't be too terrible.  It is a bit big for this sort of ability though, especially since it doesn't negate its own enhancements.  Just my opinion on that, though :)

Angel of Wrath and Angel in the Path are both way OP, we don't need any more pre-block ignore and negate and discard an evil card every turn with no cost is way to broad and powerful an ability.  Maybe have Angel in the Path immune to a selected evil brigade each battle and have Angel of Wrath be: once per game, discard all evil cards in battle, CBN.  This could be fun because you have to band him in to use his ability and would make the 2nd seal very useful.  Also we don't really need Angel at Bochim, he is kinda OP only negating evil cards and silver already has 2 people with very similar abilities.  Maybe he could negate all evil abilities in battle if all your heroes are silver.  I really like all the other guys, good additions to a brigade that needs em!

It negates all enhancements....

I'm actually pretty sure that "Negate all evil characters and enhancements" applies the 'evil' to both the characters and the enhancements.  If you wanted it to only negate EC, and negate all enhancements, then word it "Negate all enhancements and all evil characters".  Then the card should be pretty well balanced, IMO :)

That may have been added after my post (sorry if I missed that the first time).  I do like it now, with that limit of 2 per game.  It makes the ability much more balanced and much more in line with cards already out :)

On the other cards, Angel of Wrath is not going to be well received because it works too well with TGT.  Every attack you can negate and discard an evil card, making TGT ignore more powerful, and it is a NT angel, which actually works with the rest of their cards.  Place some sort of condition (not a per-game, per se, but "If you have XYZ, negate and discard an evil card") to use the ability and it should work out.

Seven Angels I really like.  Good one :D

Angel of Destruction is good, it just won't see much use for the second part (it'll obviously be used as a site/art killer) because no one likes withdraw abilities since they cost you the battle.  Plus using all angels.  As long as that's fine, it's not OP :)

I really like the newer versions.  They would work well as a theme, but not necessarily mixed with every deck (or the meta decks, like before), and they are fairly well balanced.  I do like them, not really much else I have to add for input :)

my stand alone angels aint to bad. what they need is more stuff that doesnt just target humans. something more broad with killing. that would help them alot.

Enhancement update

Not sure that Angelic Visit is either advised or allowable.  Identifiers should never have cards that can either negate identifiers or have them have no effect.

However, I do like Stronger than Men :)

angel of wrath should probably discard a curse or evil fortress instead of any evil card. its a bit OP otherwise. otherwise a great angel card. go great in my deck.

angelic rebellion: i don't like the targeting identifiers, this is not a good idea for the game imo, some things should not be targetable or changeable

angel of wrath: still a bit too OP, maybe make it just discard an evil card so that he cant get around the protect fortresses and completely take out a defense by himself

Wrath and Destruction are massively OP. Other than that, these are some of the few Silver ideas I actually like.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
