Sarcasm of God was one I really wanted to implement but I couldn't really come up with a special ability that "spoke" to me. I figured "taking your opponent down a noch" in a quite literal fasion would be the best way to do that. For the two that might be considered overpowered (SoG and CiP), I opted to make it available for everyone's cards, not just the holder's. Thoughts?
