Seraph is generic, isn't it? I don't see why this is necessary.
Not powerful enough IMO.
Angels have enough human-only battle-winners IMHO. This one not only does nothing against demons, but it can also hurt you AND help your opponent if he is using demons.
Angel of Warning shadows this unless you are going against a site deck.
The increase should be permanent, but otherwise I like this.
