Multi color sites are only active when put in battle, so once per turn when it enters battle, I think.

I see. Maybe there should be a limit for the use like three time unless the hero is a missonary or something

Melchizedek doesn't have as big a drawback, doesn't have to enter battle and become vulnerable, and has arguably a better perk that still works with banding, the only difference being you must use the best heroes in the game for him to work while this card can be used with worse offenses. No limit necessary due to precedent.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
