(Update.  Many are treating this as serious when it was more in jest.  I just thought it was funny that there is a scripture reference that we can use for not ripping cards.  Sorry for the confusion.)

It doesn't work (can't ignore special abilities), and no one would use this because it only targets one card (soon to be one civ).

Change name to "Joined Together". Add in "Regardless of protection, tear the card that is to be ignored."

ok so suppose this was a card what would trigger first this or Haman's Gallows?
